An advisory board in the making.

A circle of notaries, lawyers specialising in inheritance law, tax advisers, and care and social counselling is taking shape around Wahrgut. We moderate the family conversation and order the transition — the legal and tax questions are settled by those entitled to.

Collegially and independently. The advisory board receives no remuneration for referrals — every referral serves the family, not a deal. Cooperating funeral homes are a different matter: if a cooperating funeral director hands a case over to us, they receive a cooperation flat fee — disclosed to the family and only with the family’s documented consent. What this means in detail is set out in our code.

This circle grows carefully. We name partners publicly only once the cooperation is firmly in place — trust before display.
