Property is often at the centre, but other assets too; for realising diverse goods we bring in specialists. Every step can be booked on its own, and each is a legitimate exit.

We earn with neutral advice at a fixed price — and, only if you decide on it, with the discreet sale. It is exactly this separation that keeps the counsel honest: “stay” or “let” is a full and valid outcome here, not lost business.

An arbitrated value everyone can trust — produced by an independent certified surveyor, moderated by us so that in the end all parties recognise the same value. Or a market and price assessment with a sale in view, clearly labelled as such. You choose in writing.

Agreement — the family workshop
Two structured afternoons instead of two years of limbo: confidential one-to-ones, then two moderated half-days, ending in a heads-of-agreement paper a notary or lawyer can work with immediately. In hardened situations we organise an external, independent mediator commissioned directly by the family — what is discussed there we do not learn.

The house stays in the family — taken over by a child, handed over during lifetime, a private annuity with right of residence. Coordinated down to the land registry. A fully fledged, priced outcome, not a consolation prize.
