After a death, the first to call are often the quick-purchase buyers: fast money in exchange for a substantial discount. We work in the opposite order. Keeping and letting the house stand on equal footing with selling; our fee for the clarification work is fixed and independent of the outcome. Nobody here needs to talk the family into a sale.
