Who operates this site

This website is operated by Matthias Gerhard Witt for Wahrgut GmbH i. Gr. — a German company in formation, based in Auetal, Germany. Publicly, Wahrgut is represented by its founder, Gerhard Witt.

Company in formation — important notice

Wahrgut GmbH was formed by notarial deed on 14 August 2026. Registration in the commercial register (Handelsregister) at the Amtsgericht Stadthagen has been applied for; the HRB number will be added once the entry has been made. Until then the company remains in formation (i. Gr.). VAT identification number: not yet issued.

No services requiring a licence (in particular property brokerage under § 34c GewO) are offered at this time, and no property mandates are accepted. Such services will only be offered once the licence has been granted. Professional-liability insurance will be taken out before any licensed activity begins.

Supervision and professional rules

Once the licence has been granted, the competent supervisory authority and the applicable professional rules (§ 34c GewO, MaBV) will apply as named in the German version.

What we do not do

Wahrgut does not provide legal advice or tax advice. We do not review wills, draft inheritance agreements, or calculate inheritance tax. Where your question belongs there, we say so and give you several lawyers, notaries or tax advisers to choose from — the choice stays with you, and we accept no payment from those we name.
