Terms & withdrawal (AGB)

Scope of service

Wahrgut provides property brokerage and introduction (§ 652 BGB) together with family clarification (moderation). It does not give legal or tax advice; for those matters it refers clients to a notary, lawyer, or tax adviser.

Contract and commission

For the brokerage of single-family homes and apartments to consumer buyers, the contract is concluded in text form, and the commission follows the statutory principle of equal sharing between buyer and seller (sections 656c, 656d BGB). There is no reservation fee, and family clarification is charged separately from any brokerage success.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for contracts concluded at a distance or away from business premises. The exact conditions, the effect of an early start of services, and the model withdrawal form are set out in the German version.
