We use artificial intelligence only as an internal aid — never to decide about your case. This page discloses how and where (Art. 50 of the EU AI Act).

What “Mathilde” is

“Mathilde” is our internal AI back-end. It helps us in the background to organise enquiries and prepare drafts. Mathilde makes no decisions about you (no automated decision within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR) and never communicates with you on its own.

A human before every message

Every AI-assisted draft is reviewed and released by a person before it reaches you. Where a text was AI-assisted, we mark it.

European and sovereign

Mathilde runs on a model operated in the EU (IONOS AI Model Hub, Germany/EU) — no US cloud, and your data is never shared for training.

Your objection

You can object to AI-assisted preparation at any time; we will then handle your matter without Mathilde. A short message to kontakt@wahrgut.de is enough.

The illustrations

The fine etching-style illustrations on these pages are machine-generated preliminary studies — created with an image model, not engraved in an etching workshop. They are purely decorative: every statement stands complete in the text, even without the image.

Legal framework

Transparency under Art. 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act); the data-protection classification is in our privacy notice. Wahrgut is a deployer, not the provider of the model.
