Then another path is usually better.
Outside our region
We work in the Hannover region, the Weserbergland and Ostwestfalen-Lippe. If the house lies further away, we lack the short distances this kind of guidance depends on — then someone local is the better address.
A pure legal dispute
If it is only about legal questions, you first need a lawyer. We moderate conversations and order the transition — we do not run litigation and do not replace legal advice.
A small estate without real property
For a modest estate without a house or flat, plain estate administration usually suffices — without us. As a rule the effort of our guidance is not worth it then; we say so to you openly.
When we are the right address
We are the right address when a family must pass on a home, several people decide together, and it is about both the matter and the bond at once. First peace, then the matter.
