The search requests will stand here — as soon as there are any.
This page shows who is currently looking through us: area, type of house, time frame, state of financing. Today there is no real request among them. What you see is a marked example — we fill this page neither from other portals nor with invented families.
Why the page is empty rather than looking full
It would take a moment to write twenty requests here. Two routes suggest themselves, and both are closed to us: taking search adverts from other portals, or making them up. The first is somebody else’s work, the second is a lie — and both would serve the same purpose, namely the impression of a demand that does not yet exist in that form.
A family giving up a parental home is making the decision of their life. If we tell them "people are already waiting", it has to be true. As long as it is not true, it does not stand here.
What an entry will look like (example)

- Area: Schaumburg or Hameln-Pyrmont district, ideally on the edge of a village or town
- Looking for: a detached house with a garden, from around 160 m² of living space — ideally an older house with character; the need for renovation is already budgeted for
- Time frame: purchase within the next twelve months; the selling family decides when they move out
- Financing: written financing confirmation from the bank in hand
- What the buyers offer: time for clearing the house — and, if the family wishes, taking over furniture or fittings
- What does not fit: a right of residence in the land register that continues after the sale. An empty house, on the other hand, is no obstacle.
What an entry never contains: no name, no address, no telephone number, no maximum figure. A request is meant to show a selling family whether someone fits their house — not whom they can put under pressure.
A request is published only where the person looking expressly releases it, and it disappears again as soon as they say so or have bought.
