1 · Arrange a callback
One house, several heirs — and each of them sees it a little differently. That is normal, and not yet a dispute. You do not have to commit to anything here.
When someone dies, a house is left behind. And with it many questions nobody prepared for. You do not have to decide anything today, and you owe us no explanation.
A move into care rearranges a great deal, often faster than expected. The house can wait until you are ready. For now, simply tell us how to reach you.
A house that once fitted well can have become too large. Thinking about it is not yet a decision. We will simply listen first.
Sometimes there is no decision pending, only a question. You may ask it without anything having to follow from it.

2 · Write or speak discreetly
Prefer to write? A short message by e-mail is enough. For especially confidential situations there is a protected route: the confidential enquiry — first name and e-mail are enough, no analytics.
For heirs living abroad: we coordinate across the distance — the matter generally follows German law where the deceased last lived in Germany.
