Once a month we are there in person, for questions.

Many people hesitate to call an estate agent. Not because the question is too small, but because they sense what follows: a run of phone calls, an offer of a valuation, an appointment nobody wanted. So the question is left lying, sometimes for years.

The consultation hour removes exactly that. You ask without setting anything in motion. We note no address unless you expressly want us to, and we do not get in touch afterwards of our own accord.

Once a month, in person in a municipality of our area, alternating. We announce the place and the date beforehand through our channels; you will find our channels under the name Wahrgut on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. If you use none of those channels, let us know via contact — we will then send you the next date in writing.

• Condition: which questions about the age of the building — heating, roof, insulation — move the value and which do not.
• Process: in which order an inheritance is put in order, and when the notary comes into it.
• Costs: what to expect and who carries what. Amounts we state in writing in the free compass conversation, not across a table.

We do not settle individual cases here. If your question can only be answered with your documents in hand, we say so — and name the path that fits it: a calm conversation, the notary, legal advice.
