Tool
Ask every agent the same questions.
Anyone comparing two or three property professionals usually hears something similar three times and afterwards cannot recall who said what. This sheet turns that into a comparison: twenty questions, three columns, your own notes. We supply the questions, not the verdict.
Why we of all people hand you these questions
Because they hit us just as hard. The last group asks about the licence under § 34c GewO — and our honest answer today is: not yet granted, in preparation. A checklist that leaves out its author’s weakest point would be advertising by other means.
The sheet names no one, judges no one and recommends no one. It only asks questions any family may ask and that are asked too rarely — because pressing a stranger in your own living room feels awkward. On paper it is easier.
Agent check
What you may ask of any estate agent — including us.
Twenty questions, three columns, nothing pre-filled. Print the sheet, take it to every conversation and note what you heard. At the end there is no verdict from us, but your own comparison.

Ask us the same. Our answers are in writing: in the code, what we forbid ourselves, and on the fees page, who pays what. Where we are not the right address, we say that too.
How to use it
Print the sheet and take it to every conversation. Note what you heard — not what you wish you had heard. The third column is there on purpose: sometimes selling yourself is the right path, and that should be visible in the comparison.
Our own answers are in writing elsewhere: in the code, what we forbid ourselves, and on the fees page, who pays what and when. Where we are not the right address it says so on when Wahrgut is not right.
